How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store.
For iOS: Go to Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › find the app › Cancel Subscription.
For Android: Open the Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › find the app › Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed directly by the app stores.
For iPhone users: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.
For Android users: Go to play.google.com/store/account and find your order history to request a refund.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your plan through your device's app store subscription settings.
For iOS: Go to Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › select the app › choose a new plan.
For Android: Open the Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › select the app › choose a new plan.
Where can I find invoices and receipts?
Apple: Receipts are sent to the email associated with your Apple ID. You can also view them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google: Receipts are sent to your Gmail. You can also access your order history at play.google.com/store/account.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you originally used to make the purchase. Then look for the "Restore Purchases" option within the app's settings.
How do I delete my account?
You can find account deletion options within the app's settings.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged.
