Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store.

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > find the app > Cancel Subscription.

For Android: Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find the app > Cancel.

Refunds are processed directly by the app stores.

For iPhone users: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.

For Android users: Go to play.google.com/store/account and find your order history to request a refund.

You can change your plan through your device's app store subscription settings.

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > select the app > choose a new plan.

For Android: Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the app > choose a new plan.

Apple: Receipts are sent to the email associated with your Apple ID. You can also view them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google: Receipts are sent to your Gmail. You can also access your order history at play.google.com/store/account.

Sign in with the same account you originally used to make the purchase. Then look for the "Restore Purchases" option within the app's settings.

You can find account deletion options within the app's settings.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged.
