5.2 Content License

By submitting User Content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing our Services.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5.4 Prohibited Content

• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

Prices for our Services are subject to change at any time. We will provide notice of price changes for subscription services before they take effect.

6.2 Payment

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). You agree to their respective terms and conditions. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Subscriptions

Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.

6.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the app store from which you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please refer to their refund policies for more information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

Our Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Sultans of SaaS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sultans of SaaS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

9.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sultans of SaaS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Legal requirements or court orders

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where prohibited by law.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations, where permitted by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sultans of SaaS regarding our Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. App Store Additional Terms

16.1 Apple App Store

If you access our Services through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Sultans of SaaS, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

16.2 Google Play Store

If you access our Services through the Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.

17. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of our Services.
